Welcome to Doled Out! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Doled Out mobile application (“App”) and website (“Site”). By accessing or using Doled Out, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Doled Out.
Use of the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use Doled Out. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Doled Out complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Account Registration
To access certain features of Doled Out, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. By submitting User Content, you grant Doled Out a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of Doled Out. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the foregoing license.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Doled Out for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You further agree not to:
- Use Doled Out to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Doled Out or servers or networks connected to Doled Out.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Doled Out or other users’ accounts.
- Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying Doled Out.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on Doled Out, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Doled Out or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content found on Doled Out without the express written consent of Doled Out.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Doled Out is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Doled Out makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or Site. You acknowledge and agree that your use of Doled Out is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Doled Out or its affiliates, partners, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Doled Out. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the legal theory or form of action, even if Doled Out has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
Doled Out reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on Doled Out. Your continued use of Doled Out following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
